Changed the infractions bar to just a number.

Infractions expire every two - three weeks deepening on what rule was broken.

3 infractions = 3 day ban

5 infractions = 5 day ban

10 infractions = 1 week ban

15 infractions = 2 weeks

17 infractions = permanent ban!
