Why you want this job: I want to help the server out as much as I possibly can and I like to help people in game whenever I can.

What experience do you have: I've been mod on multiple servers, the largest being helix-world/sabsabionline with about 500 players where I was mod for 7 months, and I have owned my own server.

What you will do to help this server: I will do everything in my power that I can to help out. I can find and help figure out how to solve exploits and glitches, make sure all the players are following the rules properly and not disrespecting one another, and anything I can't figure out, or solve myself, will be reported to higher authority so that they can help deal with it and I can learn from the experience.

Why do you deserve this rank more then Bob and Joe: I have been playing many rsps for 7 or 8 years now and I am extremely experienced with this base and all other PI bases so I know basically everything about the server and how to do everything. I have a lot of experience helping people in game and being able to solve issues and provide reasonable punishment if necessary. On top of all that, I have already contributed a little to the server from getting another player's client to work to informing about a few bugs in the game.

As a staff member you are expected to be reasonably active.

Knowledge of the game is key. That goes without saying. If asked to do something by a higher up, you do it and you do it well.
If a player asks you a question, you give them an accurate answer. You don't hand hold them but you support them. Learn the difference.

Cooperation is essential; with other Moderators, Administrators and other players.
In order to moderate efficiently and with professionalism, this has to be done.

Neutral atm, but if i see you helping people that are new and seeing you in cc "help" often you will have a huge shot.
