Why you want this job: I want this job because I feel like a can further assist players more than I currently do and because i'm very active and could always be on to help.
What experience do you have: I've been mod and admin on multiple small-medium sized servers. Also have been co-owner on 2 server's owned by Irl friends.
Why do you deserve this rank more than Bob and Joe: I believe I deserve this rank more than 'bob and joe' because I'm extremely active and well educated with many aspects of ep1kscape, and I could help with pretty much anything.

Have you been banned before: Well. techniqually yes. but it was due to an abusive raging admin. & I was quickly unbanned by ep1k. because I was pointlessly iped.
Terms Of Moderation
1. As a staff member you are expected to be reasonably active.
2. Knowledge of the game is key. That goes without saying. If asked to do something by a higher up, you do it and you do it well.
If a player asks you a question, you give them an accurate answer. You don't hand hold them but you support them. Learn the difference.
3.Cooperation is essential; with other Moderators, Administrators and other players.
In order to moderate efficiently and with professionalism, this has to be done.
I'm sorry but if you are rude, unprofessional you will be demoted.
