Why you want this job:I want to make sure that every player gets the best experience out of this game. Nobody likes cheaters, I'll make sure that everyone follows the rules and plays the game the way it's supposed to be. I want every player to respect each other and as long as I'm a moderator I can assure that this is the way it will be. Any rule abusers will be punished for their actions and I'll be there to assign the adequate and most appropriate punishment based on how severe the case may be. I want to keep the game as enjoyable and fun for other players as it can be and that's why authority needs to be there.

What experience do you have:None but I am very active in-game, Fast Learner, Outgoing and experience is always acquired as you play.

What you will do to help this server:I will help any player in any way I can, I'll assist anyone who needs help and I'll keep the game free of rule breakers.

Why do you deserve this rank more then Bob and Joe: I believe I'm mature enough, Knowledgeable and have the required skills to fit this position.

Terms of Moderation

1.
As a staff member you are expected to be reasonably active.


2.
Knowledge of the game is key. That goes without saying. If asked to do something by a higher up, you do it and you do it well.
If a player asks you a question, you give them an accurate answer. You don't hand hold them but you support them. Learn the difference.

3.
Cooperation is essential; with other Moderators, Administrators and other players.
In order to moderate efficiently and with professionalism, this has to be done.
I'm sorry but if you are rude, unprofessional you will be demoted

This is 4th one in 1 week and all the other got denied

because I didn't follow the format now I did i'm just hoping for the best

Well icy getting staff isnt that easy as u think it is , its not just make a fourms acc then make a staff application and BAM! your staff . Its not like that, u gotta be active ingame and on fourms
to achieve Mod etc.

Making A staff App Every day Wont help your chances at getting staff.
Not Meeting the format is not a reason to keep making more,You Sould have edited your first one and been done with it. Your killing your chances for staff with making a staff app everyday.

My favorite part is that all his posts are on his staff apps
