Owner
In charge of all major operations and handles all the staff and servers. This person has absolute power and is Entitled to do anything he so chooses. You should not directly contact this person with anything, but instead do so in the ways provided (Donation Issues? Go to the Payment Issues Forum).
Coverage: Everything



Manager
This entity is basically the one who handles every single staff members from admin and below. They are in charge of promotions and demotions, conflict resolution, and everything else involving staff. This person has rare direct contact with other players unless he chooses to do so.
Coverage: Staff promotions/demotions, Community adviser, Auto-bans, Infraction over-watch, General customer support.




Administrators(s)
These are those who are held in high regard and can be trusted with information. These users handle issues like advertisers, bugs, and are there to look over the staff. These users are not to be bugged with everyday issues like scams unless it so happens to be a severe enough instance to warrant such. They have the right to ignore you completely should you ask questions about in-game content or about anything of similar nature.
Coverage: Staff monitoring, High Priority Rule Breakers, Hackings, and Bug reporting




Global Moderators(s)
These individuals are who you go to when you need help with important issues like account hacking and scams. Moderators report any crucial information to the admins, coders, or owner if a situation should occur.The same goes for moderators, as it does for helpers, if a severe situation should occur contact an admin, please dont contact a moderator. As a side note these users are no way required to answer everyday questions about in-game content or such, although it is frowned upon if they do not.
Coverage: Low Priority Rule Breakers




Forums Moderator(s)
These individuals are who you go to when you need help with forum issues like deleting spam, Locking topics, Infracting rule breakers. Moderators report any crucial information to the admins, coders, or owner if a situation should occur.The same goes for moderators, as it does for helpers, if a severe situation should occur contact an admin, please dont contact a moderator. As a side note these users are no way required to answer everyday questions about forum content or such, although it is frowned upon if they do not.
Coverage: Forum Rule Breaking



Sectional Moderator(s)
These individuals are who you go to when you need help with Gfx art and photoshop. These players are not Moderator ingame so don't go to them
looking for ingame help. They only have power over the Gfx section. They will run weekly Sotw (signature of the weeks).
Gfx Moderators report any crucial information to the admins, coders, or owner if a situation should occur. If a severe situation
should occur contact an admin, please dont contact a Gfx moderator
Coverage: Photoshop, Sotw, Signature help




Trial Moderators(s)
The helpers are there to help and report posts to moderators, if the severity of the situation requires an admin then
they are to go to them instead. Helpers are in some way responsible for any punishments and can do anything about them.
